This recruitment drive, conducted under The Apprentices Act 1961, offers a one-year training program in designated trades for ITI-certified candidates. Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (as of March 10, 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 15 years
  • Maximum Age: 24 years

2. Educational Qualification

  • Matriculation: Must have passed 10th class (or equivalent) with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
  • ITI Certification: Must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) or Provisional NTC in the applied trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
  • Exclusions: Engineering graduates and diploma holders are not eligible for these apprenticeships.

3. Physical Fitness

  • Candidates must meet the medical standards prescribed in Annexure VII of the notification.
  • A medical certificate signed by a Government-authorized doctor (not below Assistant Surgeon rank) is mandatory for document verification.

4. Persons with Disability (PwBD) Eligibility

Only the following disabilities are eligible for reservation:

  • Locomotor/Cerebral Palsy (OH): Minimum 40% disability.
  • Hearing Handicapped (HH): 60 decibels or more in the better ear.
  • Visually Handicapped (VH/LV): Low vision as defined under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act.
