Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the BHEL Artisan Recruitment 2025, candidates must have completed Class 10 and possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) and a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade. The minimum marks required in NTC and NAC are 60% for General and OBC candidates and 55% for SC and ST candidates.

BHEL Artisan Salary and Allowances
Candidates selected for the post of Artisans at BHEL will get a salary in the pay scale ranging from Rs. 29,500 to Rs. 65,000 + allowances.
BHEL Artisan Selection Process
The selection process for BHEL Artisan Recruitment 2025 consists of a Computer-Based Exam and Skill Test/Document Verification. The computer-based exam will be conducted in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
BHEL Artisan Exam Pattern
The BHEL Artisan Exam consists of 120 objective multiple-choice questions with four options each. Each correct answer gives you 1 mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect attempt.
BHEL Artisan Syllabus and Exam Pattern
Candidates who were Best Apprentice or Runner-up Apprentice in the All India Skill Competitions organized by the Directorate General of Employment and Training do not have to take the Computer-Based Test. If they meet other eligibility requirements, they will be directly called for the Skill Test.
