B.Sc / 12th with 2 yrs DMLT OR 1 yrs DMLT and 1 yrs experience OR 2 yrs experience.

General Information:

  • A recent passport size photograph pasted in the space provided in the Application Format
  • One set of photocopies of supporting testimonials for date of birth, caste, qualification, experience etc will be required to be submitted with application. In case copies of required documents /certificates are not sent with the application, it will not be possible to consider the application. Original certificates will be required at the time of Interview.
  • The Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five hundred only) for all posts payable to Airline Allied Services Limited, payable at New Delhi (Not Applicable for SC / ST).
  • Applicable for SC / ST / OBC/ EWS Candidates ONLY: Caste Certificate in the prescribed proforma issued by the appropriate authority. Candidates belonging to OBC Category will be required to attach the Caste Certificate in the proforma meant for Central Government employment.” Candidates belonging to OBC category the category certificate should be in the prescribed format including the “Non —Creamy layer clause” issued by the Competent Authority for employment under Government of India and should be as per the Central list of OBC’s published by Government of India. Please also note that the validity of “Non -Creamy layer” Certificate should not be older than 06 (Six) months from the date of eligibility criteria.”
  • Candidates belonging to EWS category will be required to attach Income & Assets Certificate as per the attached annexure.
  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe categories will be entitled for reimbursement of second class return rail/bus fare from the nearest railway station i.e. from the address given in the application to Delhi / New Delhi on production of railway receipt/ticket, as per rules at the time of Interview only.
  • All the Selected candidates will be appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement for a period of 05 (Five) years or till the age of 60 years whichever is earlier. The Fixed Term Employment Agreement is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

  • ICMR- Regional Medical Research Centre, NE, Dibrugarh is one of the 26 permanent institutes of Indian Council of Medical Research. The Centre was established on 12th day of July in the year 1982. It covers the most remote and less developed eight states of the north-eastern region of India and is responsible for carrying out Biomedical Research in the region and runs with intramural grant from ICMR and extramural adhoc projects from different funding agencies.
  • Its current primary focus of research is on (i) Mosquito borne diseases (ii) HIV and drug abuse (iii) Trematode infection (iv) Haemoglobinopathies. The secondary focus of research of the center is on (i) Cancer nasopharynx, oesophagus, stomach (ii) Cardiovascular diseases (iii) Medicinal plants of NE India (iv) Nutrition. Subsequently, keeping in view of the research needs of the eight states of N.E. region of India, the Centre has identified a few newer areas of research.
  • To develop north-eastern states of India in bio-medical research and build up scientific man power
  • The goal of Regional Medical Research Centre, NE Region is to promote biomedical research in north-eastern states of India and build up technical man power, making a network of health facilities of the region and to collect information about traditional system of medicine with a multidisciplinary approach.
  • This premier Medical Research institute has been recognized as an “International Centre of Excellence” by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and Washington University of USA.
  • The institute, in collaboration with Centre for Development of Advance Computing (CDAC), Pune, has been awarded the “MoSQuIT – mBillionth SAARC Countries Award 2013” recognized by The Grand Jury of The mBillionth Award South Asia as an Award Winner for the year 2013 for inventing disease surveillance system for malaria using mobile platform.
