Educational Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must possess the required qualifications and experience as of the last date of receipt of the online application (13-07-2026). Below are the post-wise details:
Executive (ERP) – FTB/5/HR/49
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor in Engineering / Technology / BSc. Engineering (any field) from a recognized university.
- Mandatory: SAP certification in HCM module (SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP HCM or SAP Success Factors Employee Central).
- Additional Qualification (Preferred): MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in SAP ERP HCM module implementation/support/rollout, including end-to-end implementation of at least 2 full-cycle SAP HCM projects. Expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (India), and ESS/MSS. Integration knowledge with FI, MM, and PS modules is required.
