Selection Process
The application process and structure for the posts advertised vide ADMIN-01 to ADMIN-23 & PH-ADMIN-24 to PH-ADMIN-36 will be published on the University website later.
Candidates will have to go through the prescribed selection process to be selected for the posts.
Selection process, probationary period, age relaxation, and qualification standards will be subject to The Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023, Gujarat Government, and Gujarat University rules from time to time.
Dates and timings for the test, interview, or both will be declared and published on the University website.
Selected candidates will be appointed under written contract under the provisions of the Gujarat Public Universities Act 2023.
General Information/Instructions
Only Indian citizens can apply. Candidates must have adequate knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages.
Before applying online, candidates must ensure that they possess the prescribed educational qualifications, experience, and age requirements for the concerned post.
Candidates in service must upload a No Objection Certificate.
Candidates must fill in all details carefully in the online application form considering the educational qualifications mentioned in the advertisement.
Educational qualifications, age limit, non-creamy layer certificate, disability certificate, and other necessary qualifications will be considered as on the last date of online application.
Candidates must present original and self-attested copies of mark sheets and necessary certificates issued by government-approved boards/universities/institutions when called by the competent authority.
Candidates must upload all required documents including caste certificates (SC/ST/SEBC), EWS certificates, and disability certificates with the application.
Applications without online final submission will be repudiated.
