Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following academic requirements to be eligible for Class I positions:

  • For Administrative Roles (Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Section Officer):
    • Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 55% marks.
    • OR Bachelor’s degree with a professional qualification (e.g., CA, CS, ICWA, MBA) and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • For Technical Roles (Assistant Director):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in a relevant field with 60% marks.
    • OR Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc.) with specialization in the required domain.
  • For Research-Oriented Roles (Senior Research Officer):
    • Postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, or Public Policy with a minimum of 60% marks.
    • Ph.D. or published research work in relevant fields will be preferred.
