Job Profile
As a Tester at HCL Technologies Limited, you will be responsible for running functional projects testing, training and documentation. You will also envision product-level transformation strategy and lead global process design/blue printing, UAT and implementation of O2C Tool/S4 Hana, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, client requirements, and internal quality standards.
Required Profile/Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least 9-14 years of experience in manual/automated testing in OTC domain with rich experience in Cash Applications, Collections, Order Management, Billing tracks, Disputes. Etc. International BPO Exposure is also required.
Key Responsibilities
As a Tester at HCL Technologies Limited, your key responsibilities will include:
* Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies for the full OTC application suite
* Analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases
* Execute complex test cases to validate application functionality against business requirements and specifications
* Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior QA engineers
* Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks using appropriate tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber)
* Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
* Validate data integrity and reconciliation using tools like SQL/Python
* Ensure compliance and audit readiness
* Communicate and report status to management and stakeholders
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
* Experience in SAP/Salesforce/Manual Testing
* International BPO Exposure
* Automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
