General Instruction:

  • Only Indian Nationals of 18 (Eighteen) years of age and above are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates must have completed one-year compulsory internship.
  • Candidates should have obtained Registration Number from Medical Council of India’State Medical Council.
  • Applicants with PG qualification shall submit their Registration Certificate from MCI , State Medical Council in which their PG qualification is mentioned.
  • Unless the applicants produce valid Registration certificate from MCI,State Medical Council,result’passing certificate,relevant documents in original, they will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
  • If candidates have obtained required eligible qualification from Foreign University ‘Institute,the certificate of passing qualifying examination from MCI is to be submitted.
  • The candidates are advised to appear on the date of Interview to the nearest Interview Center of their current address along with the filled up Application Form and following Original document’ Testimonials I Id proof and 07 (seven) set of photocopy of all the relevant documents.
  • ORIGINAL Certificates I Testimonials of Date of Birth, Qualification, Experience,Caste (for SC/ST/OBC candidates only), Disability (for PWD candidates only),Discharge (for Ex-Servicemen candidates only) as applicable. These shall be required for verification before commencement of Interview. In case of failure to present any or all of the said documents, candidate shall not be permitted to attend the Interview. If any of the required certificate is not in English or Hindi, please produce the self attested translation of the same in English or Hindi.
  • Candidates are, advised to satisfv themselves fully that they meet all the prescribed eligibility criteria for the concerned post
  • Candidates should note that the details provided by them in their application forms are taken on their face value and the onus of proving the correctness and authenticity of the same as and when reguired lies with the applicant.
  • The candidates will have the option to opt out of the disclosure scheme provided under Right to Information Act. 2005. The option of opting out shall be taken at the time of filling the application.
  • The candidates are reguired to provide their preference of posting i.e. Indian Copper Complex (ICC), Ghatsila, District – Purvi Singhbhum (Jharkhand), Malanjkhand Copper Project (MCP), District – Balaghat (Madhya Pradesh!. Khetri Copper Complex (KCC),Khetrinagar, District – Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) in the Application Form and preference shall be given due consideration to the extent possible, while posting.
  • In case of variation in name I surname I name spelling mentioned in the application with that in the respective certificates pertaining to Qualification I Caste, etc., the applicant shall be required to submit an affidavit sworn-in before a First Class Judicial Magistrate I appropriate authority to this effect along with the respective documents at the time of interview failing which the candidature shall be cancelled.
  • Candidates employed in Government I Semi-Government I Public Sector Undertaking are also required to produce a No Objection Certificate (NaG) from their present employer at the time of Interview failing which they shall not be interviewed.
  • If any information is found wrong I incorrect at any stage of selection process, the company reserves the right to cancel the candidature I appointment of the candidate.
  • HCL reserves the right to change the number of vacancies and I or cancel I restrictI modify I alter the recruitment process, if required, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason.

  • Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a public sector undertaking under the administrative control of the Ministry of Mines, was incorporated on 9th November 1967. It has the distinction of being the nation’s only vertically integrated copper producing company as it manufactures copper right from the stage of mining to beneficiation, smelting, refining and casting of refined copper metal into downstream saleable products.
  • The Company markets copper cathodes, copper wire bar, continuous cast copper rod and by-products, such as anode slime (containing gold, silver, etc.), copper sulphate and sulphuric acid. In normal practice, more than 90% of the sales revenue is generated from cathode and continuous cast copper rods. In concluded financial year 2016-17, as per provisional estimates, the Company has earned a net profit of Rs 61.94 crore against a sales turnover of Rs 1216.94 crore. HCL’s mines and plants are spread across five operating Units, one each in the States of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Gujarat as named below: Khetri Copper Complex (KCC) at Khetrinagar, Rajasthan ,Indian Copper Complex (ICC) at Ghatsila, Jharkhand ,Malanjkhand Copper Project (MCP) at Malanjkhand, Madhya Pradesh ,Taloja Copper Project (TCP) at Taloja, Maharashtra ,Gujarat Copper Project (GCP) at Jhagadia, Gujarat.

  • February 1975 Fully integrated Copper complex from mining to refining came on stream at Khetri ( capacity 31,000 tonnes of refined copper)
  • November 1982 The largest hard rock open pit mine in the country came into stream at Malanjkhand in Madhya Pradesh of capacity 2 million tonnes ore
  • ecember 1989 Continuous Cast Wire Rod plant of South Wire Technology of capacity 60,000 MT was commissioned at Taloja in Maharashtra.
  • June 2015 Secondary Copper Smelter and Refinery Unit at Jhagadia, Gujarat ( 50,000 TPA of Copper Cathodes Conforming to LME-A grade )
