Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications, experience requirements, and pay scale criteria as of 03/03/2026:
1. Educational Qualification
- Essential: A full-time MBA from a UGC-recognized Indian University, Deemed University, or AICTE-approved institution.
- Candidates with dual specializations in their MBA must ensure that one specialization aligns with the administrative/management functions required for this role.
- Distance or part-time courses will not be considered.
2. Experience Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience at the level of E2 (Rs. 50,000–1,60,000) or L9 (Rs. 53,100–1,67,800) or above in:
- Central/State Government
- CPSEs (Central Public Sector Enterprises)
- PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings)
- Autonomous Bodies
- Government Instrumentalities
Additional Pay Scale Criteria:
- For candidates in CDA Pay Scale:
- Must be currently in Level 12 (Rs. 78,800–2,09,200) or above, OR
- Must have served the last 3 years in Level 11 (Rs. 67,700–2,08,700).
- For candidates in IDA Pay Scale:
- Must be currently in E4 (Rs. 70,000–2,00,000) or above, OR
- Must have served the last 3 years in E3 (Rs. 60,000–1,80,000).
3. Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years as of 03/03/2026. Age relaxation rules, if applicable, will be as per government norms.
4. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to establishment and facilities management.
- Preparing and managing tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and bid evaluation reports.
- Facilitating procurement through GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and e-tendering platforms.
- Maintaining procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Ensuring adherence to CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) guidelines, GFR (General Financial Rules), and internal procurement policies.
- Managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements.
- Overseeing ERP/e-procurement systems and ensuring seamless operations.
- Coordinating official events, conferences, and high-level protocols.
- Conducting audit compliance and implementing corrective actions.
5. Important Notes on Eligibility
- Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying. NCRTC will verify original documents during the interview stage.

- Candidates claiming equivalence in qualifications must provide a valid equivalence certificate.
