General Information:
- Before starting to fill up the on-line Application, thecandidate should keep at hand the following details/documents:
a)His/Her educational qualifications as per eligibility criteria (from 10th/ Matriculation onwards) with percentage of marks obtained (please calculate percentage from CGPA /OGPA in advance as per university conversion formula.

mentioned in the advertisement, should be in JPG/JPEG format only and maximum digital size of scanned Photograph should be 50KB and signature should be 20kb.”
d)Scanned Self Attested copies of High School Certificate showing Name and Date of Birth, UP Domicile Certificate, Reservation Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), Apprenticeship Certificate, Ex-Serviceman Certificate (EXSM), Dependent of Freedom Fighter (DFF) & Persons With Disabilities ( PWD) Certificate (whichever are applicable). - Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the entire recruitment process. - Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF STEP-I and STEP-II. Once the form is submitted, it can’t be edited.
- The step by step process for submitting the application form is given below:
Step-I:Registration/Sign Up of Personal Details, and Contact details. Login Id and password will be sent to you through e-mail on registered e-mail ID.Step-H: Login to complete the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Declaration.
Step-III:The payment of Application Fee after 24 hours through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet banking through State Bank collect System of State Bank of India. - Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded in any case, neither shall be held reserved for any other recruitment nor selection process in future.
- Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking ‘I Agree’ Checkbox given below and pressing the ‘Start’ button.
- The candidate should fill up all the desired information i.e. Personal Details, Contact Details, etc. correctly.
- On completion of Step-I Registration/Sign Up, a message will be received in candidate’s registered email ID conveying his Registration/Sign Up and login ID and password.

- Application fee is Rs 10/- for Pwd candidates, Rs 700/- for SC/ST candidates and Rs 1000/- for other candidates. Fee can be paid online by use of debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
- Eligible candidates can fill application only through online mode with in due dates (10-04-2021 to 05-05-2021). Personal and education details should fill in online application at appropriate place. Candidates should upload scanned copy of latest passport size photograph and signature in online application. Active personal email id and mobile number must be filled in online application. After submission of online application, candidates need to pay prescribed application fee. Print of duly filled online application should retain for future use.

- Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) was constituted on dated 25.08.1980 under the Companies’ Act 1956 for construction of new thermal power projects in the state sector.
- On 14 January 2000, in accordance to U.P. State Electr Reforms Acts 1999 and operation of U.P. Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme 2000, U.P. State Electricity Board (U.P.S.E.B.), till then responsible for generation, transmission and distribution of power within the state of Uttar Pradesh, was unbundled and operations of the state sector thermal power stations were handed over to UPRVUNL
- Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) was constituted on dated 25.08.1980 under the Companies’ Act 1956 for construction of new thermal power projects in the state sector. The first Thermal Power Station constructed by UPRVUNL was Unchahar Thermal Power Station of 2X210 MW capacity and it was transferred to NTPC on dated 13.02.1992. On dated 14.01.2000, in accordance to U.P. State Electricity Reforms Acts 1999 and operation of U.P. Electricity Reforms Transfer Scheme 2000, U.P. State Electricity Board, till then responsible for generation, transmission and distribution of power within the state of Uttar Pradesh, was unbundled and operations of the state sector thermal power stations were handed over to uprvunl.
- UPRVUNL is wholly owned state thermal power utility with present generating capacity of 5474 MW, operating 4 Thermal Power Stations within Uttar Pradesh. Poised to contribute in the growth of state, we’re in the process of adding further 3960 MW capacity with super critical technology to our existing fleet.
