General Conditions:
- Candidates having research experience will be preferred.
- Competence in maintenance of microalgal cultures, microalgal cultivation, environmental parameter analysis along with water and Sediment analysis.
- Competence in analysis of microalgal biomass in terms of fatty acid, protein and pigment profiling.
- Competence in utilization of microalgal biomass for biofertilizer applications.
- Should not be more than 30/35 years for PA-II and PA-III, respectively on September 11, 2018 (Relaxation as per CSIR rules).
- CSMCRI is a national research laboratory under CSIR, which is well equipped with research facilities of international standards (website: www.csmcri.res.in). Applications are invited from highly motivated individuals for the positions of Project Assistant Level-II/III, to work in the area of microalgae under a project funded by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi.
- Interested candidates meeting the above requirements may attend the written test followed by walk-in-interview with a copy of detailed biodata, original certificates along with their attested photocopies and a passport size photograph on September, 11, 2018 at 9.30 A.M. at Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute, G B Marg, Bhavnagar-364002. The selection of candidates will be done by conducting a screening test followed by personal interview of the short listed candidates on the same day. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
