Qualification : MSW/MBA
Experience : 2-7 Years in Supervisory category of working in any Co-operative Bank/ Institution/ NGO. Candidates having experience in Micro Finance will be preferred.
Desired Profile :
* Should be able to handle a team of 8 to 10 employees.
* Should know English, Hindi, Gujarati (Read & Write both)
* Should have good command over local language.
* Open for field job.
* Should be flexible as per location concerned.
* Knowledge of Computer is must.
Job Description :
* Responsible for overall business.
* Monitoring coordinators,servicing 4000-5000 self employed women.
* Managing the branch & field operations of the branch which requires strong process management as per field operations manual.
