The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) is seeking qualified candidates for the post of DirectorÂ (Finance, Personnel & Admin), Pawan Hans Limited (PHL) in schedule “B” of the CPSE, the scale ofÂ pay of the post being 65,000-75,000 (REVISED). A copy of the job description of the post is enclosed.
It is requested that names of candidates seniority-wise who are eligible as per job description forÂ the said post along with their up-to-date bio-data (in the prescribed form) duly endorsed may kindly beÂ forwarded to PESB by 20th JUNE, 2016. It is also requested that advance action may be taken to keepÂ the ACRs for last 5 years, of those candidates ready along with their latest vigilance profile [(i) penaltyÂ imposed, if any during the last 10 years (ii) details of disciplinary action initiated/being initiated if any, etc.]Â to be furnished as and when the selection meeting is scheduled.

Pawan Hans Limited was incorporated in October, 1985 (under the name of ‘HelicopterÂ Corporation of India Limited’) as a Government company under the Companies Act, 1956 withÂ the primary objective of providing helicopter support services to the oil sector in offshore
exploration, operate in hilly & inaccessible areas, small fixed wing aircrafts, make availableÂ charter flights for promotion of travel & tourism setting up of Training Institute of AMEs & pilots,Â operation of Sea Plane & setting up of specialized Institute for Safety Audit & Excellence andÂ setting up of Heliports, Heli-Hubs, MRO & joint ventures for O&M of helicopter & small aircrafts.Â It is a Schedule ‘B’ CPSE under the administrative control of Ministry of Civil Aviation.
The incumbent should be a Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant/MBA with specializationÂ in Finance with good academic record from a recognized university/institution.Â Persons with Post Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Personnel Management or MBA withÂ specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or Degree in Law or IndustrialÂ Engineering from a recognized university/Institute will have an added advantage.Â Minimum qualification can be relaxed in the case of internal candidates and GovernmentÂ officers with relevant and adequate background and experience.
The incumbent should have adequate HR/Finance experience in senior level ofÂ management in a large organization of repute out of which at least two years should haveÂ been in Human Resource Management/ Administration/ Financial Management andÂ Accounts, during the last ten years.
