Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Educational Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ other related fields or MCA or equivalent qualification from a college/institution/university recognized by the Government of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Banking-IT related areas/projects involving IT Policy and Planning, Financial Applications, Financial Information Systems, Cyber Security Technologies, Payment Technologies, etc. Out of this, 5 years should be at a senior management level.

Note:

  • Post-qualification experience of less than six months in any organization as on 01.07.2026 shall not be considered for determining eligibility, except when such experience is part of the current employment.
  • Experience in Clerical cadre will not be considered for determining eligibility.

Remuneration & Location of Posting

  • Remuneration: The salary will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmark for the position.
  • Location of Posting: The selected candidate will be posted in Mumbai. However, the Bank reserves the right to modify the location as per business requirements. Selected candidates may be posted/transferred to any office of the Bank or any place in India at the Bank’s discretion.

Nature of Employment

  • The engagement is on a contractual basis for an initial period of 3 years, which may be extended for up to 5 years in total, subject to satisfactory performance and the Bank’s discretion.
  • The engagement will automatically end on the expiry date of the contract unless renewed/extended. However, the maximum engagement period cannot exceed 5 years or the candidate’s age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.

Credit History Requirement

  • Candidates must maintain a satisfactory credit history with a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining.
  • Candidates with a history of loan/credit card default or adverse CIBIL reports will be deemed ineligible.
  • The Bank reserves the right to reject candidature at any stage if the credit profile is found unsatisfactory.
