Educational Qualification

Graduate Degree in one of the following:

  • Personnel Management / Human Resources
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent (with specialization in Personnel/HR/IR)
  • MBBS

Experience

For Central/State/Public Sector Enterprises:

  • Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Administration and Establishment work.
  • Out of 5 years, the candidate should have worked as an officer for at least 2 years.
  • Candidates with an MBBS degree should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Candidates should possess 5 years of working experience, out of which 2 years should be at the level of E-1 or above in the Admin Department.

For Private Sector:

  • Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Administration and Establishment work.
  • Out of 5 years, the candidate should have worked as an Officer or equivalent position in the Admin Department for at least 2 years.
  • Candidates with an MBBS degree should have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to draft crisp, high-quality reports in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel.
  • Confident, self-driven, and team player.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to handle long hours and work-related stress.

Job Description

The Officer – Administration – Medical Cell will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Registration of beneficiaries under CGHS.
  • Beneficiary verification under CGHS.
  • Addition/deletion of beneficiaries under CGHS.
  • Updation of beneficiary details with CGHS/UTIITSL portal.
  • Record keeping.
  • Grievance handling regarding claim settlement.
  • Timely submission of Life Certificate to CGHS.
  • Close liaison with CGHS/UTIITSL.
  • Any other jobs/activities assigned from time to time by the top management.

Selection Procedure

The selection process involves a personal interview for candidates who prima facie meet the eligibility criteria. The selected candidate will have to undergo a Pre-employment Medical Examination. Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Employment Medical Examination and any additional tests, if required.

Note: Candidates having an MBBS degree will be given preference. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS will be applicable as per Government directives.

Tenure of Employment

The selected candidate will be appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Contract for a period of one (01) year, extendable based on annual performance review reports. The tenure can be extended or curtailed as per the requirements of the Company. The contract may be terminated at the discretion of the management during the contract period and/or in the event of unsatisfactory performance.
