UCO Bank LBO Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection criteria for UCO Bank LBO Recruitment 2025 includes three stages out of which LPT is qualifying in nature. Candidates have to appear in all three stages and qualify in terms of minimum qualifying marks or cut off to get shortlisted for Local Bank Officer vacancies.
Stage 1: Online Test-
The United Commercial Bank (UCO Bank) will conduct the UCO Bank LBO online exam for all candidates registered for the exam. The online exam will be held for a total of 200 marks. Candidates have to score minimum cut off marks to qualify for the exam.
Stage 2: Language Proficiency Test (Qualifying)
– In LPT candidates should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking) in any one of the specified local languages of that State to which they have applied.
Stage 3: Interview-
Based on the candidate’s performance a total of 3 times the number of vacancies in respect of candidates belonging to an unreserved category and five times the number of vacancies in respect of candidates belonging to reserved categories will be called for an interview exam. The Interview exam will be held for a total of 100 marks.
The first stage is an online examination which consists of 155 questions for 200 marks to be completed in 180 minutes. After qualifying in the online exam, the candidates have to appear for the local proficiency test which is qualifying in nature. The final round will be a personal interview and the weightage for the Online Test and interview shall be 80:20 respectively. The minimum qualifying mark for an interview will be 35 for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories and for other categories will be 40.
