- Candidates must have completed an M.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) degree or a Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration (D.N.E.A.) from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
- Candidates from outside Bihar must obtain a suitability certificate from the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, in case of institutions situated outside the state.
- Registration with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna, is mandatory.
Application Process
The online application form is invited from candidates who are in age between 21 to 37 years old and have completed a B.Sc/ M.Sc Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) degree or a Diploma in D.N.E.A. The selection process for the Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor exam comprises the written exam and work experience.

Selection Process
The Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor examination is conducted single-stage CBT exam to recruit candidates for various Nursing Tutor posts under the Health Department, Patna, Bihar.
- Total Marks: 100
- Written Competitive Examination (Computer Based Test): 75 marks
- Work Experience (5 marks for each full year of experience): 25 years
Salary and Allowances
The candidates appointed for Nursing Tutor will be paid a salary under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC). The basic pay for Nursing Tutor will range between Rs. 47600/- to Rs. 151100/-.
