Online applications are invited for recruitment for the following posts :
1. Staff Nurse : 449 posts (UR-223, SC-53, OBC-82,PH-21, Ex.SM-70), Pay Scale : Rs. 10300 – 34800 Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
2. Staff Nurse : 51 posts (UR-31, SC-8, OBC-12), Pay Scale : Rs. 10300 – 34800 Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Age : 18-25 years as on 01/01/2012
APPLICATION FEE : The candidates should fill his/her Application Form available on the GMCH website. He/she should fill all the fields in the form. No field should be left blank. After filling up application form, the candidate should take outa print of challan form (triplicate) and deposit the application fee on next working day in any Branch of StateBank of India as detailed in the under mentioned column ii. Those candidates who have S.B.I. account can also pay their fee through i-collect service under the website onlinesbi.com. In that case, the INB reference No. will be generated and will have to be mentioned instead of Challan No. Candidates can go to any Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” account of GMCH. The candidates after having deposited the application fee in the bank must ensure that they have Triplicate Fee Payment Challan with Journal No./Challan No. given by the bank on it. They should mention this Journal/Challan number on the website and keep this Challan form with them for future use.latest karnataka govt jobs
How to Apply : Apply Online at GMCH The candidate should apply only Online for the above said posts till 16.07.2012 upto 1.00 P.M.The application is to be filled up Online on website www.gmch.gov.in by clicking on ‘Jobs and Training’. Before filling up On-line application, the candidate must have his/her photograph scanned in the jpg format,which should not exceed 15 KB in size
i) The numbers of posts and reservation thereof are tentative and can increase or decrease subject toconfirmation of Roster Point by Social Welfare Deptt./Employment Exchange UT, Chandigarh. Thedepartment reserves the right to reject/cancel any application or withdraw the posts at any timewithout assigning any reasons or without any notice whatsoever.
ii) No TA/DA etc. will be paid to the candidates, who are called for the Written Test, Interview etc.
iii) The Written Test will be held in Chandigarh only. Candidates with valid Application shall beissued Call Letters/Admit Cards. These should be downloaded by the candidates directlyfrom the GMCH
iv) Candidates applying under any of the reserved category viz SC /OBC will be considered subject tosubmission of Caste Certificate on a prescribed format issued
v) On the basis of written test, the candidates will be shortlisted. The shortlisted candidates mustbring all original certificates along with one set of photocopy, duly attested/self attested. All theoriginal certificates/documents will be verified at the time of interview.
vi) No separate letter for Written Test, Interview etc. will be sent.
vii) Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID which should be kept active during therecruitment process, as all the information relating to recruitment of Staff Nurses will beavailable only on On-Line. The candidates should ensure that the e-mail ID is not shared ormentioned to any other person. It is requested not to use any other person’s e-mail ID. In case acandidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail IDbefore applying.
viii) The eligible candidates are required to bring all the certificates/testimonials in original, in support oftheir qualification, experience and date of birth etc. and also NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE fromthe present employer,
