Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited a leading Mini Ratna Public Sector Undetakings under Ministry of Railway invites applications from Diploma/Degree holders in Engineering working in Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Body for the posts of Deputy General Manager/Infrastructure (E-4,29,100-54,500),Assistant Manager/Civil (E-2,20,600-46,500),Senior Executive/Civil (E-1,16,400-40,500)&Chief Supervisor/Telecom (S-4,12,300-28,600) to be filled on permanent absorption/deputation basis in IRCTC at its Corporate Office and Zonal Offices.
Deputy General Manager/Infrastructure(E4)
Number of Vacancies: 02
Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering from AICTE recognised institution with minimum 10 yrs. experience.
Grade:
Atleast 2 yrs. of service in PB 3 scale of Rs.15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs.5,400/- of CDA scale.Those working in PSU/Autonomous Body should have worked in E-3 (Manager) or equivalent position for two years in the scale of Rs.24,900-50,500 (IDA) Rs.15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs.5,400/- (CDA).
Experience:
The eligible candidates should have post qualification experience in construction field/site supervision with knowledge of Auto CAD preferable,perparation of budgetary estimate,BOQ and Bid document/tendering process for maintenance,civil and interior works,scrutiny of bills etc.Preference will also be given to the candidates experiences in construction of catering industries.
Assistant Manager Civil(E2)

Qualification & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from AICTE/State Board of Technical Education recognised institution with minimum 6 yrs. experience.
Grade:
Atleast 2 yrs. of service in PB 2 scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4,800/- of CDA scale.Those working in PSU/Autonomous Body should have worked in E-1 (Sr.Executive) or equivalent position for two years in the scale of Rs.16,400-40,500 (IDA) Rs.9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4,800/- (CDA).
Experience:

Chief Supervisor Telecom (S4)

Diploma in Tele-communication from AICTE/State Board of Technical Education recognised institution with minimum 4 yrs. experience.
Grade:
Atleast 2 yrs. of service in PB 2 scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4,200/- of CDA scale.Those working in PSU/Autonomous Body should have worked in Sr.Supervisor or equivalent position for two years in the scale of Rs.11,500-26,300 (IDA) Rs.9,300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4,200/- (CDA).
Experience:
The eligible candidates should have post qualification experience in supervision of infrastructure projects connected with telecom,cabling works,data networks,liaison with govt.agency/deptt. and service pronider for taking clearance in respect of new connections,toll free nos. etc. Should be conversant with site preparation works for tele-communication related works including preparation of budgetary estimate,BOQ and Bid document/tendering process for maintenance work and scrutiny of bills etc.
The approximate annual cost to company (CTC) for E4,E2,E1 and S4 on permanent appointment is Rs.9.25 Lacs,Rs.6.75 Lacs,Rs.5.40 Laca and Rs.3.50 Lacs respectively at x Class City.In addition Variable Performance Related Pay is also payable on permanent appointment as per policy of the corporation.

General Conditions:
- Candidates working in govt./PSUs/autonomous body will have to route their applications through proper channel along with vigilance and D&AR clearance,APAR (ealier known as CR)Ratings of last three years.No Objection Certificate is also to be produced from the employer at the time of interview.
- The candidature can be considered on normal tenure of deputation/permanent absorption basis.
- The selected candidature are liable to be posted anywhere in India based on the corporation’s requirement.
- In case of candidates working in IRCTC,he/she must minimum one year experience in one level below to the post applied for and will be govering factor for their eligibility to appear for the selection process.
- In case the candidate is selected on deputation basis he/she will be drawing his parent cadre scale along with deputation allowance.
- The applicant should not be more than 50 years of age as on 31.03.2010.
