How to apply : Interested candidates should attend the WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on dated 22.08.2011 at 10:00 AM in the Chamber of Director, Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bidar. Candidate should bring all the relevant original documents along with two passport size photo. The appointing authority shall have the right to accept or reject the appointments of any candidature without assigning any reason. The number of posts may be increased or decreased as per the decision of the appointing authority. These appointments will be made as per merit-cum-reservation roaster of Government of Karnataka.

General Instructions:
1. Salary: Revised Salary as per Government Order and upward revision is under process.

2. The selected candidates shall join the post immediately after receiving the appointment orders.

3. Junior Residents & Tutors if appointed, should be willing to work in any Clinical Departments if posted as and when required.

4. Any other Rules / Instructions of the State Government in this behalf will also be made applicable.

5. The Director reserve the right to test each batch or batches selected at random of the consignment received either at the time of receiving the goods or at any time during self life of the product for test and analysis at any laboratory approved under the Drugs and Cosmetic act and Rules.

6.  If the sample or samples is/are declared to be “NOT OF STANDARD QUALITY” or spurious or adulterated or misbranded, such batch/batches will be deemed to be rejected.

7. The Tenderer shall collect the rejected stock only after supplying the fresh stocks towards/replacement.  The Tenderer shall replace the entire quantity of such batch/batches supplies, irrespective of quantity taken back.

8. In event of the tenderer failing to replace the rejected goods or make good expenses incurred by the Director, the E.M.D furnished by the Tenderer shall be forfeited and in respect of the remaining damages, action under the existing laws will be initiated to recover such loss.

9. The Director or his representative shall have the right to inspect and take samples for test and analysis at approved laboratories prior to Order / shipment
