(a) Should have a post graduate in, Social Work (MSW)/ Masters Degree in Rural Development/ Psychology/MA-Sociology, M. Sc Home Science from recognized university.
(b) Should have at least 3 years experience and knowledge of working on women/child protection issues including 1 year of overseeing institutions that provide residential care and support to women and children.
(c) Should have good rapport with the NGOs who run children’s homes/ govt. departments in the district who are working on women and child related issues.
(d Should have demonstrable Commitment to women and child concerns and communication skills both written & oral and ability to pursue the matters with all concerned.
(e) Ability to work on a computer and capable is using MS-Office package (MS Word and Excel) and also capable of using the internet.

(a) Should have a Degree in Economics/Statistics/ Mathematics.
(b) Should have at least 2 Years experience in data management and analysis and using packages such as SPSS.
(C) Should have excellent working knowledge of MS-Office, especially MS Excel. Good knowledge methods of data collection and generating formats for data collection.
(d) Should have demonstrable strong written & oral communication skills (ability to write and speak fluent English and Telugu)
(e) Special achievements or contributions in the earlier tenure in the field of data analysis/ management at the District Level OR worked with Govt. Dept../NGOs on in analyzing their data and generating reports.

(c) Should have good rapport with the NGOs who are working with children at the grass-root level / Anganwadis of the WDCW Department in the district.
(d) Should have written & oral communication skills. Ability to write case reports.
(e) Ability to work on a computer and capable is using MS Word.

4. and includes any place visited by the employee arising out of, or during and in the course of, employment;”Unorganized Sector” which shall come within the meaning of “workplace”, means all private unincorporated enterprises including own account enterprises engaged in any agriculture, industry, trade and/or business and includes sectors as mentioned in the schedule, being illustrative.

5. For the purpose of this Act, every employer of a work place shall constitute, by an Office Order in writing, an Internal Complaints Committee.Provided that where the offices or administrative units of the workplace are located at different places or divisional

6. a Chairperson, from amongst employees, who shall be a senior level woman, committed to the cause of women. In case a senior level woman employee is not available, the Chairperson shall be appointed from a sister organization or a non-governmental organization

7. The Chairperson and every member of the Committee shall hold office for such period, not exceeding three years, from the date of their nomination as may bespecified. The Chairperson and members of the Committee shall be entitled to such allowances or remuneration as may be prescribed.Where the Chairperson

8. The appropriate Government may appoint a District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate or the Collector or Deputy Collector as a District Officer for every District to carry out the functions under this Act.Where at a workplace, constitution of the Committee is not possible or practicable,

9. a chairperson to be appointed by the appropriate Government from amongst women committed to the cause of women;one member to be appointed by the appropriate Government from amongst the registered trade unions or workers associations functioning in that block

10. The Chairperson and every member of the Local Committee shall hold office for such period, not exceeding three years, from the date of their appointment as may be specified.Where the Chairperson or any member of the Local Committee contravenes the provisions of section 14, such Chairperson

About the organization:
Andhra Pradesh is one of the few States in the Country, with a separate Secretariat Department for the Welfare of Women and Children. The Women’s Welfare Dept., was established in the erstwhile Madras state in 1952 with special programs for Women and Children by converting the activities of the Indian Women’s civil corps started by the wives of the military officers to take care of the war widows and their Children, after 2nd World War . With reorganization of States, Andhra state come into existence in 1953 and Women Welfare activities continued with the Women Welfare department at the directorate level. The directorate was redesignated as Women and Child Welfare Dept. in the year 1973.In 1987, a separate Dept. in the secretariat as “Women and Child Welfare Department ” was created for effective formulation,implementation and monitoring of policies/programs for Women and Children. The Department was later renamed as “Women Development and Child Welfare Department” in the year 1989.In1981 an independent corporation for the welfare of disabled named as Andhra Pradesh Vikalangula Cooperative was established and in 1983 an independent department for disabled was established.
