The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) will hold a written examination at various centers for the selection of Suitable Candidates to the posts of  Civil Judge (Junior Division) in Uttarakhand Judicial Service Examination 2012 :

Civil Judge (Junior Division) : 08 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.27770-44770, Qualification :  Law Graduate , Age : 22-35 years as on 01/01/2012

OMR Application Form :  OMR application form with instructions can be purchased from Post Offices of Uttarakhand  located at the various places in the state of Uttarakhand.

How to Apply : Application forms in the prescribed OMR format  completed in all respects must reach the Secretary, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Gurukul Kangri, Haridwar-249404

General Instructions:
1) Subject to the provisions of this Article, there shall be a Public ServiceCommission for the Union and a Public Service Commission for each State.
(2) Two or more state may agree that there shall be one Public ServiceCommission for that group of States and if a resolution to that effect ispassed by the House or,where there are two Houses, by each House of the Legislature of each of thoseStates, Parliament may by law provide for the appointment of a Joint State PublicService Commission (referred to in this Chapter as Joint Commission) to servethe needs of those States.
(3) Any such law as aforesaid may contain such incidental and consequentialprovisions as may be necessary orfor giving effect to the purposes of the law.
(4) The Public Service Commission for the Union, ifrequested so to do by the Governor of a State, may, withthe approval of the president, agree to serve all or any of the needs of theStates.
(5) References in this constitution to the Union Public Service Commissionor a State Public Service Commission shall, unless the context otherwiserequires, be construed as references to the Commission serving the needsof the Union or, as the case may be, the State as respects the particularmatter in question.
