Indian Institute Of Pulses Research Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the following posts at IIPR, Kanpur and it is Research Centres under the administrative control of ICAR. The posts are temporary, but likely to e continued. The details of the posts, reservation position, qualification age etc, required for the posts are as under :
Stenographer Gr. III : 1
Pay Band & Grade Pay : PB 1 Rs.5200- 20200+2400 GP
Age : 18 – 27 years
Qualification :
1. 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
2. Candidates will have to qualify written test.
3. The candidates who qualify the written test examination will be eligible for dictation test in English or in Hindi at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes. The candidates who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe the matter in 50 minutes on computer and the candidates who opt to take the test in Hindi will be required to transcribe the matter 65 minutes on computer.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : 1
Pay Band & Grade Pay : PB 1 Rs.5200- 20200+1900 GP
Age : 18 – 27 years
Qualification :
1. 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
2. Candidates will have to qualify written test.
3. The candidates who qualify the written test examination will be eligible for Type writing test with a minimum speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
How to apply : Applications should be submitted strictly as per attached proforma, neatly typewritten, along with passport size photograph. The candidates fulfilling the essential qualification should send their applications duly filled in all respects (in the given format) to Director, Indian Institute of Pulses Research, Kanpur-24 alonghwith an application fee (Non-refundable) of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) by way of a crossed Demand Draft obtained on any nationalized bank in favour of “ICAR UNITIIPR” payble at Kanpur. Women candidate and persons with disabilities are exempted from payment of fee subject to submission of prescribed medical certificate.
General Instructions:
1. Applications should be submitted strictly as per attached proforma, neatly typewritten, along with passport size photograph.
2. SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt.of India rule in force.
3. In case of more candidates short listing will be made among the available candidates and only short listed candidates will be called for written test and thereafter typing on computer.
4. The posts are non-Government under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research which will be governed by the New Pension Scheme introduced by Govt. of India w.e.f. 1.1.2004 mutatis mutandis applicable to ICAR employees and as amended and modified from time to time.
5. The candidates fulfilling the essential qualification should send their applications duly filled in all respects (in the given format) to Director, Indian Institute of Pulses Research, Kanpur-24 alonghwith an application fee (Non-refundable) of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) by way of a crossed Demand Draft obtained on any nationalized bank in favour of “ICAR UNITIIPR” payble at Kanpur. 6. Candidates should attach attested copies of certificates & mark sheets with the application.
7. A Self addressed envelope (11” X 5”) bearing postal stamps worth Rs. 25/- only.
8. Incomplete applications and those received after the closing date due to any reason including postal delay shall be rejected without making any reference to the candidates.
9. Candidates serving in Govt./Autonomous Bodies/ICAR Institutes should submit the application only through proper channel.
10. The candidate should clearly indicate the Name and Sl. No. of Post in the application and Separate application should be submitted for each post.
11. Closing date for receipt of applications is 45 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News.
12. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates for selection/test/appointment canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
