General Instructions:
1. The Qualification of the candidates must be from a recognized Institution/Board/University. The application form may be downloaded from our website “www.doeaccchd.edu.in” or obtained personally from the above mentioned address on all working      days    and be   submitted   strictly in   the    prescribed     performa along with non refundable registration fee of Rs. 350/- in cash or through Demand Draft in favour of “DOEACC Society, Chandigarh Centre, Branch Office, New Delhi” payable at Delhi at the above premises before start of the interview on 22nd & 23rd June’.2011 by 11.00 am. Candidates should report by 10.30 a.m.

2. The candidates should attach copies of certificates/ mark sheets, Date of Birth certificate, passport size photograph, and experience certificates (if any)  with the application form and should bring all testimonials/ certificates/ experience certificates in original at the time of interview.

3. The application forms will not be sent by post on request. Incomplete application forms and the application forms of the candidates who fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected and no further queries/ communication will be entertained in this regard.

This Society is desirous of empanelling a Mass Mailing Agency and has worked out a tender document detailing the scope of work, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, etc. A tender document for empanelment of suitable mass mailing agency is prepared. You are requested to submit your proposal in Proforma at Appendix I and Appendix II as per the tender document. Your proposal in a sealed cover superscribed with “Proposal for Empanelment of Mass Mailing Agency” addressed tothe Dy.Director(Administration), DOEACC Society, Electronics Niketan, 6, CGO Complex, New Delhi – 110 003 must reach this office on or before 17.00 hrs on 15/6/2011. The Technical Bids will be opened on 16/6/2011 at 11.00 hrs. In case, you desire so, you may depute your representative for participating in the opening process.Under the Scheme, computer-training institutes/organizations in the non-formal sector are granted accreditation for conducting specified levels of courses, subject to their meeting well defined norms and criteria.This course is designed to aim at imparting a basic level IT Literacy programme for the common man. This programme has essentially been conceived with an idea of giving an opportunity to the common man to attain computer literacy thereby contributing to increased and speedy PC penetration in different walks of life. After completing the course the incumbent should be able to the use the computer for basic purposes of preparing his personnel/business letters, viewing information on internet (the web), receiving and sending mails, preparing his business presentations, preparing small databases etc. This helps the small business communities, housewives, etc. to maintain their small accounts using the computers and enjoy in the world of Information Technology. This course is, therefore, designed to be more practical oriented. The candidates can appear in the DOEACC CCC Examination through following three modes and the eligibility criteria for each mode are indicated against each: Candidates sponsored by DOEACC approved Institutes permitted to conduct CCC Course – irrespective of any educational qualifications; Candidates sponsored by Government recognized Schools/Colleges having obtained an Unique Identity number from DOEACC for conducting CCC – irrespective of any educational qualifications; and Direct Applicants (without essentially undergoing the Accredited Course or without being sponsored by a Govt. recognised The course could ideally be a two weeks intensive course. Who can conduct the course: Institutes conducting any of the O/A/B/C Level accredited courses may conduct the Course on Computer Concepts. No separate accreditation is required for such institutes. Besides, this, Government recognised Schools/Colleges are also eligible to field candidates to DOEACC’s CCC Examinations.
