Educational Qualification & Experience:
MBA (HRD) or equivalent with 8 years’ post qualification experience in a responsible position of Personnel/ Administration with at least 2 years experience in Govt. Departments/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies.
Post Graduate in any discipline with 10years post qualification experience in a responsible position in the field of Personnel/ Administration with at least 2 years experience in Govt. Departments/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies.
Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma in Personnel Management from Recognized University with 15years post qualification experience in responsible position in the field of Personnel Management Administration with at least 5 years experience in Govt. Departments / PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies.
