ITDC invites applications for the following posts to be filled on Regular Basis

1. Manager (Official Language) : 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500 (IDA)
Qualification : M.A in Hindi or English from a recognized University with atleast 2nd division and both Hindi & English as main/ subsidiary subjects at graduation level with 5 years experience at executive level in the implementation of official language policy and in finalization of translation from English to Hindi & vice -versa
Age Limit : 35 years (age as on 31.05.2011)

2. Assistant Manager (MM&D) : 03 Posts
Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-40500 (IDA)
Qualification : Minimum 2nd class Graduate with 1st class MBA (Material Management) full time OR Minimum 2nd class Graduate with 1st class two years PG Diploma in Material Management OR Minimum 2nd class Graduate with 1st class two years PG Diploma in Quality Management OR 1st class Integrated MBA (Material Management) full time
Age Limit : 30 years (as on 31.05.2011)

How to apply : Application should be submitted in the prescribed Application Form only which is placed next below. Application should be sent in a cover superscribing the code alongwith post and disciplin applied for with Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.200/- (candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/OBC are exempted from this payment) in favour of India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., payable at New Delhi may be sent latest by 15.07.2011 in the Office of Dy. General Manager (HR), India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., SCOPE Complex, Core-8, 4th Floor, Room No. 407, 7 Lodi Road, New Delhi – 110 003.  Incomplete / unsigned applications and application received without photographs, demand draft, attested copies of required certificates such as educational qualification, experience, age (as on 31.05.2011), caste / community certificate and applications received after the last date (15.07.2011) will summarily be rejected without any communication to the candidate. Those working with Government and Public Sector Undertakings must apply through proper channel or produce “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of Interview. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH shall be as per the Government Directives. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on any candidate for being called for the Interview. The Management’s decision in all matters will be final. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates in connection with the process of selection / rejection. Canvassing in any manner would entail disqualification of candidature.

ITDC came into existence in October 1966 and has been the prime mover in the progressive development, promotion and expansion of tourism in the country. The Corporation has diversified into new avenues/innovative services like Full-Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) services, engineering related consultancy services etc. The Ashok Institute of Hospitality & Tourism Management of the Corporation imparts training and education in the field of tourism and hospitality Presently, ITDC has a network of eight Ashok Group of Hotels, six Joint Venture Hotels, 2 Restaurants (including one Airport Restaurant), 12 Transport Units, one Tourist Service Station, 37 Duty Free Shops at International as well as Domestic Customs Airports, one Tax Free outlet and two Sound & Light Shows Besides, ITDC is also managing a hotel at Bharatpur and a restaurant at Kosi on behalf of the Department of Tourism. In addition, it is also managing catering services at Western Court, Vigyan Bhawan, Hyderabad House and National Media Press Centre at Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi.
