Credit Card Sales Manager

Sales Manager – Credit Card (OCC)

Work Location : Bangalore, Cochin

Responsibilities :
To ensure Manpower Recruitment basis budget at HBL levels.
To ensure Target achievement on products basis workstations allocated and budgets assigned.
Ensures that CoA is within budgeted cost for every TSE.
To ensure Regular Call barging, mock call sessions, soft skill and objection handling training at TSE level
To Identify low productive TSE’s, groom them through regular training and bring them up the performance curveAchieves productivity norms set by management on core products as well as x-sell products at TSE / TSS level.
Manages database uploaded for every product / segment.Keeps gross approval rates and FTNR under control.

Requirements :
Candidate must possess a Graduate/PG degree
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Job role in Management or equivalent.
