To pursue this mandate, NISM has taken several initiatives in financial literacy, certification of market intermediaries, corporate governance, securities markets data, research and securities markets education. How To Apply:
The following walk-through will give you an overview of how to apply to various positions at NISM:
Step I: Create an Account To register on NISM Website, click on the “Create an account” link on the website. You would be required to fill up the following fields. After submitting the form below, you will be provided an activation link to your email address you mentioned. Please check your email. You would need to click on the activation link to activate your account.
Step II: Login into the Website After clicking on the activation link sent to you via email, your account will be activated. Further to activation of your account, you can use the login form available on the left hand side of the NISM website to log in. You need to know the username and password you used during registration. The username and password are also sent to you via email on registration in Step I.
Step III: Visit the Careers Page on NISM Website Visit the “Careers Page” on NISM Website to get a list of the various vacant positions. Click on any of the position link in order to Apply. Make sure you are logged into the website using your username and password to proceed to the next step.
Step IV: Register as a Job Seeker/Create Profile After you click on any position link, you will be directed to the “Create Profile” page as follows. You would need to click on the “Create Job Seeker Profile” to create your resume.
Step V: Create your Resume The Resume Builder will capture all your details. Please fill in all the mandatory fields and click on “Add New Resume” to create your resume.
Step VI: Select a Position/Job After you have created your resume, you are ready to apply to any of the vacant positions. Click on the Careers Section and click on the position you wish to apply for. A sample job description page is as follows:
Step VIII: Print your Resume Please note that this is an important step. After you apply to any of the positions, you should proceed to the “My Resume” in order to get your resume printed. The My Resume Section can be accessed for the User Menu on the left hand side of the website. A hard copy of this resume has to be sent to NISM. For more details visit the General Terms mentioned on the “Careers Section” of NISM website.
1. Please visit “Careers” on NISM website www.nism.ac.in, to apply. Only Online Applications in prescribed format will be acceptable, on or before 9th July, 2010.
2. Print out of application form, duly signed, superscribing the position code, and with supporting xerox copies of certificates/documents to reach HRD Department, NISM Bhavan, Plot No. 82, Sector-17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai – 400705, on or before 12th July, 2010.
