General Instructions:

• The eligibility of Meritorious Sports Person will be based as per following
• Criteria issued by 601, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension letter No.14015/1/76-Estt (D) dated
• 04-08-1980 forwarded by the GoAP, Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms & Training vide No.0M-
• 13/2000 dated 14–0552001G0AP vide Office Memorandum No. OM–13/2000 Dated 14″1 May. 2001.
• Sportsmen who have represented a state or the country in the National or International level competition in
  any of the above gameslsports.
• Sportsmen who have represented their University in the inter–University tournaments conducted by inter
  Inter-University Sports Board in any of the above games/sports.
• Sportsmen who have represented the state school team in the National sponslgames for school conducted
  by the All India school games Federation in any of the above gameslsports.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

• SCRUTINY OF DOCUMENTS:- The short listed candidates whose applicationldoouments are found in order
  in all respects and call letters issued shall have to produce original documents for verification & authentication
  on date 8 venue intimated in the admit cardlcall letter. (The candidates failing to produce original and
  authentic documents during scrutiny shall be rejected.
• STANDARD TEST (PST):- (Not applicable for MTS) The candidates found qualified after
  scrutinylauthentication of documents witl be put through Physical Standard Test (measurement of height 8
  chest). The candidates are required to qualify the minimum prescribed Physical Standard as per Recruitment
  Rules  mentioned under Sl. No. 2 (ii) above. (The candidates failing to qualify the minimum prescribed
  Physical Standard shall be rejected.

Last Date for Submission Of Offline Application:30-07-2018.
