Applications are invited from APST meritorious Sports person from Tirap, Changlang & Longding districts for the recruitment of various posts under Sports Quota against Civil Police sanctioned by MHA under special package for Tirap, Changlang & Longding districts. The details are given herein after:

4.NB: The candidates should be free from physical deformity/infirmity like squint eye, knock knee, bow leg, dismembered fingers and any other physical deformity/infirmity which is likely to cause impediment to performance of active duty in police force. The candidates with such deformity/infirmity will be rejected during the Physical standards Test (PST).
5.General Instructions :
A.Applications without all enclosures shall be rejected summarily.
B.Form 1, 2, 3 & 4 regarding Medal achievement Certificates should be accompanied with the enclosures and this certificate will valid only when signed personally by the Secretary National Federation/National Association, Secretary of the State Association, Officer in over all charge of sports in the University and Director of Addl/Joint or Dy. Director in over all charge of sports/games for schools in the Directorate of Public Instruction/Education of the State. The specification of the forms may be downloaded from the website www.arunpol.nic.in.
C.The application forms can either be sent by ordinary post or directly submitted by hand at PHQ Itanagar.
6.Apply Procedure :
Enclosures:- Duly filled up application forms should be accompanied with following attested copies of
certificates and documents :
(1) Educational qualification certificate; (2) Age proof certificate (class-X pass certificate/School leaving
certificate/Admit card/Birth registration certificate); (3) Caste/Tribe certificate; (4) Permanent Residential
Certificate (PRC); (5) Medal achievement Certificates; (6) 4 (four) recent passport size colour photographs with self signature on reverse (one affixed on the application form at space provided and 03 (three) nos. (Securely enclosed in an envelope); (7) Self addressed reply envelop affixed with postage stamp of Rs. 5/-; (8) A treasury challan of Rs. 15/- for the post of Sub-Inspector and Rs.10/- for other posts in favour of Asstt Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Account “0055” Police,
7.LAST DATE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS: No application shall be accepted after expiry of last date of submission i.e., 18.02-2016 up to 1600 hrs.
