Pay Scale: Rs.25000/- (Per Month)
Educational Qualification: M.Sc -Envi Science, Chemistry, Statistics/ Computer Science / B.E, B.Tech (Envi. Engineering/Civil ) with Min. 55% marks for General Category & 50% marks for SC/ST candidates.

Note:
- The engagement is purely on a temporary basis, which may be extended or curtailed, depending on the duration of the sponsored project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/absorption. The stipend is likely to be revised soon.
