Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Co. Ltd. invites application to work as Financial Consultant in the O/o the Executive Director (Finance);

1.Name of the post : Financial Consultant Grade-I : 03
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : CA/ICWA and have experience of 10 years and above in any Govt./Semi Govt./Public/Private Sectors in the finance related field.
REMUNERATION :Rs. 55,000/- per month.
AGE LIMIT (As on 01-07-2012) : Maximum age limit : 40 years

2.Name of the post : Financial Consultant Grade-II : 01
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : CA/ICWA and have experience of 07 years and above in any Govt./Semi Govt./Public/Private Sectors in the finance related field.
REMUNERATION :Rs. 45,000/- per month.
AGE LIMIT (As on 01-07-2012) : Maximum age limit : 35 years

3.Name of the post : Financial Consultant Grade-III : 04
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance).
REMUNERATION :Rs. 33,000/- per month.
AGE LIMIT (As on 01-07-2012) : Maximum age limit :35 years

SELECTION PROCESS :
i. Applications received will be scrutinized by a committee which will shortlist the candidates to be called for interview on the basis of their experience.
ii. Selection will be on the basis of interview.

General Instructions:
(a) Applications received after due date shall not be considered under any circumstances. Applications with incomplete information, unsigned, not in prescribed format, without photograph, without copy of qualifying examination (final year mark sheet), without experience certificate shall be rejected and no further correspondence shall be entertained.
(b) CSPGCL will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in respect of receipt of application form.
(c) CSPGCL reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancy and also to cancel the complete process of recruitment, if required.
(d) The contract appointment shall be for a period of 01 year (12 months) from the date of joining. The contract shall be terminable at any time from either side after giving one months notice without giving any reason.
(e) The contract may be extended after a year subject to satisfactory performance. If the performance at the end of the year is found unsatisfactory, Company shall have right to terminate the contract.
(f) The engagement of personnels shall purely on contract basis and persons engaged on contract shall have no rights what so ever to claim for appointment on regular basis.
(g) In case the person engaged on contract remains absent from the duty habitually, the contract shall be liable to terminate immediately without giving any reason.
(h) The persons engaged on contract shall keep high standards of efficiency, integrity & secrecy and comply with all policies, procedures of CSPGCL. Any
violation of these procedures may result in disciplinary action against them including termination of the contract.
(i) In case any information given by the candidate engaged on contract is found false or incorrect, the contract engagement will be deemed void ab initio and liable for termination without any notice or salary in lieu of notice.
(j) The person engaged on contract shall not participate in employee related Union/Association. In case of violation of this clause, it will be treated as breach of agreement and the contract shall be liable for termination.

The Chhattisgarh State was formed according the Madhya Pradesh Reorganization Act 2000. The President of India gave his consent to this Act on the 25th August 2000. The Government of India subsequently set the 1st November 2000 as the day on which the State of Madhya Pradesh would be bifurcated into State of Chhattisgarh and State of Madhya Pradesh.Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board was formed in accordance with the Section 5 of the Electricity Supply Act 1948 as per the Notification published in the gazette of the Government of Chhattisgarh dated 15th November 2000. Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB) became functional w.e.f. 01.12.2000. Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board has been reorganized into following five companies in accordance with the provisions contained in the Section 131-134 of Electricity Act 2003 by the Govt. of Chhattisgarh vide Notification dated 19.12.2008.Availability of reliable and cheap power is absolutely essential for economicdevelopment of any developing State and consumption of electricity in a Stateis an important indicator of the stage of development of agriculture, industryand commerce in thatState.
