Rushikulya Gramya Bank invites applications for the posts in Officer Middle Management Grade, Officer Junior Management Grade , Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
1. Officer MMG Scale-II : 03 Posts , Pay Scale : Rs. 19400 – 28100/- , Age : Above 21 years but below 32 years
2. Officer JMG Scale-I : 18 Posts , Pay Scale : Rs. 14500-25700 , Age : Above 18 years but below 28 years
3. Office Assistants : 58 Posts , Pay Scale : Rs. 7200- 19300/- , Age : Between 18 years & 28 years

How to apply : All eligible candidates should apply on-line through the link provided to our website www.rgb.net.in in the prescribed format from 07.07.2011 to 25.07.2011. Please note that the last date for submission of on-line application is 25.07.2011. Candidates should have a valid e-mail ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment project. This will help him / her in getting call letter / interview advices etc. under no circumstances he /she should share / mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line.Candidates should fill up the application available after clicking the link given in the notification. Branch Code and Branch Transaction Journal Number noted on the Challan form should be correctly filled in the application at appropriate place. Application, after filling up all the mandatory fields and security check box, should be submitted by a click on the “submit” button.
All the mandatory fields (marked with *) should be filled in, otherwise the system will not accept the application. The Candidates should note/remember the Registration number and Password for future reference and use.
General Instructions:
a) Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date.
b) Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. Bank would be free to reject any application at any stage of the recruitment process, if the candidate is found ineligible for the post. The decision of the Bank shall be final on qualification and other eligibility norms. No correspondence or personal enquires shall be entertained by the Bank in this behalf. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information / certificate / documents or has suppressed any material (facts), his / her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is / are detected even after appointment his / her services are liable to be terminated.
c) Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the fee once paid will not be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for any future examination or selection.
d) A recent passport size photograph should be firmly pasted on the Challan (Candidates copy) and should be signed across, by the candidate. Five copies of the same photograph should be retained for use at the time of written examination and interview. Candidates are advised not to change their appearance till the recruitment process is completed. Failure to produce the same photograph at the time of written test and interview may lead to disqualification.
e) Only candidate willing to serve anywhere in the Area of operation of the Bank should apply.
f) The decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate the stages at which such scrutiny or eligibility is to be undertaken, the document to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of examination, interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal enquiries shall be entertained in this behalf.
g) The Bank, may at its discretion hold re-examination wherever necessary in respect of a centre/ venue/specific post of a candidate(s).
h) The Bank shall not be responsible for an application being rejected which is based on wrong information provided in any advertisement issued by an unauthorized person/Institution.
i) Any request for change of address will NOT be entertained.
j) Any resultant dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole Jurisdiction of the courts situated in Orissa. In case any dispute arises on account of interpretation of version other than English the English version will prevail
k) Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post have to pay the application fees separately for each post and apply for each post separately.
l) No candidate is permitted to use calculator, Mobiles, pager or any other such instruments during the examination. The candidates will appear for the written examination at the allotted centres at their expenses and risks and the Bank will not be responsible for any injury/loss etc. of any nature. Candidates in their own interest are advised to submit their application ON-LINE well in time before the last date to avoid possible technical snags. Appointment of selected candidates is subjected to his/her being declared medically fit as per the requirement of the Bank. Such appointments will be subject to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Bank.
m) Admission to written examination and further process of selection will be purely provisional without verification of age / qualification / category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXS) etc. of the candidates with reference to documents.

Advances to priority sector stood at Rs.207.66 cr constituting 70% of total advances as against Rs.181.72 Cr as on the corresponding quarter, registering a growth of 14.27%. Advances to agril.sector stood at Rs.100.31 cr as against Rs.89.26 cr with a growth rate of 12.37%. CD ratio stood at 42.57% as against 44.86% as on the corresponding quarter. Borrowing s have registered 44% negative growth over June 08 and stood at Rs.15.39 Cr. Gross investments has shown 39% growth over the corresponding quarter and stood at Rs.443.08 Cr of which Rs.246.10 Cr amounts to Non-SLR investments with a growth of 58% over June 08. Gross profit of the Bank has registered a growth of 84% on YoY basis where as the profit before tax and net profit have shown 74% growth in the same period. Provisions towards NPAs has touched Rs.15.53 cr with coverage ratio of 83.86% on the gross NPA of Rs.18.52 Cr . Gross NPA stood at 6.20% and Net NPA is at 1.37% as against the stipulation of 1.10% by March 2010. Cumulative Provision of Rs.2.31 Cr to meet the proposed salary revisions is on record. Three new branches (Ankuli, Kabisuryanagar and Kodasingi) were opened during the year. Per branch business increased to Rs.12.49 Cr from Rs.10.25 Cr where as the per employee business is at Rs.3.11 crores as against rs.2.44 .The bench mark is Rs.9.00 cr and 2.00 crores respectively. Capital Adequacy stood at 12.93 % as against the standard norm of 9.00%. Of the seven parameters under Verma Committee Report, the Bank could achieve under five parameters Capital Adequacy Ratio b) Coverage Ratio, c) Return on assets d)Net Interest margin and e) ratio of cost to income. (except in two parameters as a) Ratio of operating profit to average working funds and b) Ratio of staff cost to net interest income plus other income.) The number of farmers clubs is increased to 55 from 36 as on June 08. Entered into tie-up with M/s Bajaj Alliance Insurance for marketing of life insurance products under referral agency for improving fee based income.On behalf of minor, father or mother or by a natural guardian appointed by court. And declaration of the date of birth of the minor to be furnished. On the minor attaining majority the right of the guardian to operate the account will automatically come to an end. SB accounts can be opened by a minor above the age of 10 years singly in his name. Bank will not open an account in the name of any Trading or Business concern, whether such concern is Proprietary or a Partnership Firm, a Company or any Association. Total number of withdrawls from a Savings account during any quater whether by cheque or otherwise will not exceed 50. Minimum balance at Urban areas Rs 500/, semi _urban Rs 300 and Rural Areas Rs 100/ and in an account at any time below the minimum limit the account holder may be charged Rs 5/. All withdrawals should be made on the bank’s prescribed form and account holders presence is required. Trasnfer of accounts from one branch to another will be allowed and no transfer charges willbe made.Retails traders, Smaull Business Units, Artisians, Tiny and Small Scale Industrial Units, Professional and Self Employed persons constitute a sizeable and important chunk of our borrower base.
