GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- The candidates shall submit their application in the prescribed proforma only.
- The candidate in his/her own handwriting shall fill applications in English.
- Filled in application forms should reach the Chief Mechanical Engineer, Visakhapatnam Port Trust,Visakhapatnam-530035 on or before 25 .8 .2018 at 3:00 p.m. on either by post or in person.
- The working/retired/deceased employees of Visakhapatnam Port Trust & Cargo Handling Department should submit the applications of their children to the CME/VPT through their respective Heads of Departments/Section Offices invariably.
- The candidate should submit his application along with relevant enclosure viz. proof of age, marks sheet,caste certificate etc., duly attested by a Gazetted Officer invariably. The applications, which do not contain the relevant attested copies of the certificates, will be summarily rejected.
- Applications of the candidates who furnish incorrect information or enclose false/incorrect certificate shall stand rejected automatically.
